Accommodation with animals
Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement with the manager.Upon check-in, you must fill out a pet accommodation agreement and pay a security deposit of UAH 3,000 for Kharkiv and UAH 5,000 for Kyiv.
The deposit will be refunded by 12:00 PM on the day of departure after the apartment is inspected and no damage is found.
General Rules
- Animals must not be left unattended in the room. Pets may not be locked in the bathroom unattended.
- The guest is fully responsible for the animal's behavior throughout their stay.
- Animals must be under the guest's control in common areas.
- It is prohibited to use towels, blankets, or bedding as bedding, toiletry, or for bathing animals.
- Also, the sofa and bed are prohibited from being used as toilets for animals.
Periodical cleaning is mandatory during the stay. Refusal to comply with cleaning will result in refusal of further stay.
Liability for Damage
The guest agrees to compensate for any damage caused by the animal, including:
- damage to furniture, doors, walls, and floors;
- damage or destruction of textiles, carpets, mattresses, and pillows;
- damage to household appliances and equipment;
- soiling requiring professional dry cleaning.
The administrator reserves the right to refuse further stay without a refund for unused days in the event of: systematic violation of the rules; damage to property; refusal to perform mandatory cleaning; use of household textiles in prohibited ways.
