Чисто, є все необхідне Тихо, іноді тільки було чутно сусідів Майже не вимикали світло, лише вночі на пару годин Нас дуже ввічливо зустріли Сказали звертатись з будь-яких питань Але, коли звернулись, то навіть не отримали відповіді)) Кондиціонер вважайте відсутній. На 16 градусах на вулиці було приємніше, ніж всередині. В це влітку Колонка періодично не вмикалась, але холодний душ влітку - не дуже критично)))
