Rules and payment

We try to provide you with best service during your stay at our place starting from housekeeping them clean and neat up to providing you with any infosupport in our beautiful city.
Thats why our rules are very simple:

We use the hotel system: standard check-in from 14:00p.m., standard check out until 12:00a.m.
If we have the opportunity to extend the time of your check out, or to accelerate your check-in, we will be glad to help you.
At the specified time, the guest must arrive at the address of the chosen apartment for check-in.
Do not forget to have your identity document and cash to pay the security deposit.
If the order has not been paid in advance, payment for the order is made upon arrival.
You cannot check-in without paying for the booking
To confirm the booking, you must make a prepayment equal to the cost of 1 day, within 24 hours from the date of booking.
Prepayment can be made online, via a link, or using IBAN details. The payment link is available on your order page, as well as in an email that is sent to your email immediately after booking.
Unconfirmed bookings are canceled automatically after 24 hours period.
Prepayment is NOT refundable if you have not checked-in or canceled booking less than a week before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation of the booking at the permitted period specified in the rules, the prepayment is returned to the same card with which the prepayment was made. It may take up to 5 business days.
Making a security deposit is a required condition for staying in an apartment.
The amount of the security deposit is at least UAH 500 (depending on the class of the apartment and the conditions of the order).
The deposit is returned during check-out after checking the condition of the apartment.
In case of violation of the residence rules or taking damage to property at apartment, the security deposit can be fully or partially withheld.
Upon arrival, a tourist tax is charged:
For Kharkiv- 40 UAH per day from residents of Ukraine
- 160 UAH per day from non-residents of Ukraine
- 32 UAH per day from residents of Ukraine
- 80 UAH per day from non-residents of Ukraine
It is charged according to the resolution of Kharkiv City Council, which bases of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", guided by Article 59 of the Law of Ukraine "On local government in Ukraine".
The payers of the tourist tax are citizens of Ukraine and foreigners arriving on the territory of the city, where the decision of the city council on the establishment of a tourist tax is in force, and temporarily living in a rented apartment.
Groups of persons exempt from paying tourist tax:
- Persons with disabilities, children with disabilities who have the relevant documents and persons accompanying them (no more than one accompanying person for persons with disabilities of group I or disabled children).
- War veterans with a corresponding certificate.
- Participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, with a corresponding certificate.
- Children under the age of 18 years.
- Persons permanently residing in the city, including under the terms of employment contracts.
Payment is required on check-in for the entire stay (minus the prepaid balance). Please prepare the full amount in advance.

Early check-in (before 14-00) or late check-out (later than 12-00) may be charged extra.
Staying in apartments without payment is not allowed.
Staying in the apartments beyond the paid period is not allowed.
The apartment is provided exclusively for living.
Living excludes any noisy events, that can disturb neighbors and disturb public order, and can also cause damage to property in the rented apartment. In case of violation of this clause, the guest can be evicted early without refund of payment and deposit.
The client bears full financial responsibility for the actions of third parties in the apartment, which were invited by the guest.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated at booking.
Pets are allowed only with the permission of the manager.
For stays of more than 10 days, it is mandatory (regardless of the client's needs) free cleaning in the apartment, but not more often than 1 time in 3 days. Cleaning time is agreed with the client.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Fine 2000 UAH.
If you smoke on the balcony, please close balcony door to the room, to avoid getting smoke into the apartment.
If you want to extend your stay, please inform the manager in advance. If the availability schedule allows it, we will gladly extend your booking. Otherwise, we will offer you apartments available for relocation to choose from.
In case of early departure, the client must notify the manager no later than one day before the check-out. In this case, the amount of payment can be recalculated.
Standard check-out time is until 12-00.
The client must inform the company manager of the check-out time, no later than a day.
At the specified time, a person will be sent to you for your check-out.
Dear guests! If any apartment’s property was damaged anyhow during your stay, please, don’t hide the traces of crimes and pay for damage caused by your actions, otherwise your manager is responsible for your damage. We care about your comfort and we want to provide you the best service.

There is 40 kWt electricity limit starting from 7 days stay and more. For stays longer than 7 days, the client must pay for electricity. Price for electricity in accordance with current Oblenergo electricity rates.
- Laundry — 200 UAH/kg (minimum 1 kg = 200 UAH)
- Laundry + ironing — 350 UAH/kg
- Ironing of a single item — 100 UAH/item
- Stain treatment — 100 UAH/item
- Urgent order (up to 6 hours) — +50%
- The minimum order cost is 200 UAH.
- Standard turnaround time — up to 24 hours (for example, items handed in at 12:00 are ready by 12:00 the next day). If possible, we return items earlier without additional payment.
- Woolen and delicate items may require more time to process, as they are dried exclusively naturally.
- Stain removal is available for a separate fee — 100 UAH for each item with stains, regardless of the number of stains on it.
General Rules
- Animals must not be left unattended in the room. Pets may not be locked in the bathroom unattended.
- The guest is fully responsible for the animal's behavior throughout their stay.
- Animals must be under the guest's control in common areas.
- It is prohibited to use towels, blankets, or bedding as bedding, toiletry, or for bathing animals.
- Also, the sofa and bed are prohibited from being used as toilets for animals.
Liability for Damage
The guest agrees to compensate for any damage caused by the animal, including:
- damage to furniture, doors, walls, and floors;
- damage or destruction of textiles, carpets, mattresses, and pillows;
- damage to household appliances and equipment;
- soiling requiring professional dry cleaning.
In accordance with the Article 194 of The Criminal Code of Ukraine a company can demand a damage refund caused by guest during his stay. You can find that price list in the apartment or on flatsis.com website.
Damage refund for the property that is not indicated in the list is to discuss individually.
