Museum of Sex and Sexual Cultures of the World

There is the most spicy museum in Ukraine that is located in Kharkiv – it’s Sex museum. And that is not just a museum, but the only scientific and educational center in Eastern Europe. It was created by members of the Department of Sexology and Medical Psychology of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. All the exhibits - figurines, sculptures, photos, drawings - were collected by themselves. There are 12 theme rooms in museum, most of them are exclusively for adults. Expositions will tell about peculiarities of sexual cultures of the world: Europe, Africa, Japan, America, India, China. For adolescents, there is special hall that was created for sex education. Excursions in the museum are carried out by researchers.
